We met in Greenville at the Mitchell Road Conference. I told you about a ministry called Reece’s Rainbow. They are helping Down Syndrome and other Special needs babies and children get adopted. I wanted to send you a link so that you could maybe find your “Felicity.” There is a little girl named Lera on my heart who is in desperate need to be adopted she is about to be sent to an insitution, she has a $8000 grant!
